Jaz is one of the worst realtor I have seen since I came to Canada for more than 15 years. I had bought a listed house by him and wasn’t able to have my second visit on the predetermined appointment and he was lying and denied the confirmed appointment by him. Not even that but i received the house in a very untidy and unclean condition plus the stove was not working and he was aware of that. Guys please please don’t deal with this guy i had passed with very hard times with his guy and he didn’t compensate me for all my damages. I gonna sue him.
